HMO, POS, QCP, PPO, and ASO members who live
in our service area have access to these First Health Network
providers for emergencies while out of our service area and authorized
services out of our service area ONLY. The First Health Network
may NOT be accessed by HMO, POS, QCP, PPO, and ASO members for services
within the OSF HealthPlans service area. PPO and ASO members who live
outside of our service area may access First Health Network providers
outside of our service area for any covered service. |
